As a rapidly growing, full-service real estate firm, we offer services in commercial property management, residential property management, association management, commercial sales & leasing, residential home sales, and business sales. Your exposure to All Things Real Estate will give you a broad understanding of a dynamic, multi-entity business and the opportunity to make a true impact at the leadership level.

The Scope of Work

Prospecting and lead generation through in person meetings, phone calls, online, and open houses
Showing properties and working with home buyers

Marketing properties and working with home sellers
Working closely with buyers and sellers to lead the sales transaction
Negotiating contracts and handling client issues
Supervise the closing process to provide clients with an efficient and smooth transaction experience
Follow-up with leads to increase sales

The Ideal Candidate

Has an active real estate license or in the process of getting
Has a desire to work independently and have control over your professional growth
Must have excellent interpersonal skills, a positive attitude and a customer service spirit.
Ability to maintain confidentiality, sensitivity and professionalism.
Above average written and oral communication, organizational and multi-tasking skills.
Proficient problem solving and analytical skills.
Self-disciplined and motivated to achieve.
You make continuous learning a priority.
You show up every day ready to be the best version of you and contribute to the team!
