Office 105 – Nebraska Market Field-Based Position Hiring throughout Eastern Nebraska and surrounding communities. Important: This position services the Nebraska market. While you will travel locally to customer appointments, team meetings, training, and other business-related activities will take place at designated locations communicated by your manager based on current business needs. Employment Type: Full-Time (W-2) Compensation: $50,000-$200,000+ annually Pay Structure: Weekly Pay + Uncapped Commission Training: Paid Training Provided Schedule: Daytime, evenings, and occasional weekends based on customer appointments Travel: Local travel throughout the Nebraska market Experience: Outside sales or commission-based sales experience preferred What You'll Do As an Outside Sales Consultant, you'll work directly with homeowners to identify exterior restoration needs, perform professional property inspections, and guide customers through the restoration process from inspection to project completion. Build relationships with homeowners throughout your assigned territory. Generate new business through networking, referrals, neighborhood outreach, and customer engagement. Schedule and conduct residential property inspections. Inspect roofs, siding, and gutters using company technology and training. Prepare project estimates and scopes of work. Educate homeowners on restoration options and insurance claims. Coordinate with internal production teams to ensure an exceptional customer experience. Maintain communication with customers throughout the project. Follow up after project completion to ensure customer satisfaction.
