Join us for an informational meeting on Wednesday, September 9th from 4-6:00Pm and Friday, September 11th from 10Am-12Pm. You will learn more about our Shake Shack positions and all of the benefits of working for PENN Entertainment!

The informational meeting will be located in the back-of-house area of the casino. It will not take place on the casino floor.

When you enter from Miami Street, take a right and drive around the building until you pass the loading dock area. To your immediate left there will be a large outdoor parking lot. Park and walk to where the building meets the parking garage structure. There is a door labeled "Team Member Entrance". Enter there and press the buzzer to the left of the second set of doors. Let the Security Dispatcher know you are here for the Shake Shack hiring event and they will direct you from there.

• Interacting with guests and co-workers in a helpful, positive, upbeat, and professional manner while taking food/beverage orders, accepting payment through cash, credit, check and comps, delivery of order to guests, and bussing and cleaning of dining area
• Monitoring and replenishing of all food products in work area by stocking counters and displays in a neat, accurate and timely fashion
• Ensuring work area is neat, clean and sanitized before and throughout shift by wiping counter areas, beverage stations, sinks, and floors as required to maintain a clean and safe workstation
• Ensuring and monitoring rotation and quality of product for appearance and safe holding temperature and proper storage of prepared foods under refrigeration with product, date and proper storage containers to minimize waste and spoilage and ensure quality attractiveness
• Partnering with culinary team to work as a team to ensure coordinated workflow during shift to meet business demands and ensure customer satisfaction
• Maintaining all equipment in proper fashion such as cappuccino machine, micros station, etc.
• Accountable for meeting or exceeding all State and Company sanitation requirements (SERV Safe)
• Adhering to regulatory, safety, departmental and company policies
• Supporting safety and accident prevention programs (non-slip footwear, proper lifting)
• Presenting oneself as a credit to Company and encourages others to do the same
• Performing all other related and compatible duties as assigned

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must stand for long periods
• Must be able to follow directions
• Must meet professional appearance standards as prescribed by company policy
• Six month's experience in food or customer service field with cash handling preferred
• Must possess excellent interpersonal skills
• Must be able to listen and respond to visual and aural cues
• Must be able to tolerate areas containing high noise levels and bright lights
• Teamwork ability to work collaboratively within the outlet for effective day-to-day operations
• Compliance with all regulatory, governmental, and safety requirements
• Ability to meet deadlines and effectively manage multiple priorities in a demanding work environment
• Knowledge of and compliance with department, property and company policies and procedures
• Maintain health department standards and regulations inspection scores should be at or above standards. Cleanliness of restaurant
• Physically mobile with reasonable accommodations including ability to push, pull, carry and lift up to 25 lbs., and the ability to push, pull, reach, bend, twist, stoop, stack, crouch, kneel and balance when performing job duties in varying work areas such as confined spaces
