Your role as a VALUED BARTENDER AND CRYSTAL BEES TEAM MEMBER! To provide an EXCEPTIONAL EXPERIENCE to our Guests. Ensures that all guest have a memorable drinking, dining & entertainment experience, through knowledge, salesmanship and genuine hospitality.

Creates a warm , fun atmosphere for guests and team members .
Adheres to company's sa nitation and safety policies and procedures.
Dressed i n proper dress code r eq u i rements, non-slip shoes, l ooking neat, clean and professional at all times. All uniforms should be pressed, all team members may have guest contact and need to put forth their best appearance.
Follows all time clock standards. Punch in / punch out in full uniform.

Follows alcohol awa r eness pro ce dur es for preventing i ntoxicatio n a n d dealing wi t h i n toxicated guests, brings any issues to attention of Manager
Asses ses guest demeanor and i d ent ifie s when beha vi or should be called t o the attention of a Manager.
Serves g u es t s primarily in Dante's Bar, Crystal bowl areas, includ i n g game, bi llia rd & VIP areas if asked or needed.
Follows a ll bar recipe s to deliver a consisten t product, co ntrol costs, and maximi ze Guest satisfacti o n.
Keeps stat i on clean, stocked, b ar is presentable at all time to the Crystal Bees standard, clean as you go
G r eets newly sea t e d g u ests' in a friendly, genuine a nd timely manner , and bids a genuine farewell to guests leaving, ask about the experience, if not so good, attempt to have guest to manager,
Accurately t ak e s guests' food and drink orders.
Maintai n s a thoro ugh under s t and i n g of a ll m enu i te m s a nd i s ab l e to answer qu est i ons regarding fo o d and drink i tem s a nd their pr epa r ation.
Enter s orders i nto POS qu ickly and in proper se quence, using appropria t e modificati on s and cha r ges.
Ensures food is prop e rl y ga rni shed a nd deli vered to d esignated t a bl e s, servers own se c ti o n , as well as other sect i ons i n the r estau r a n t, as ne e d ed.
Works quickly and efficiently adhering to " Full hands in, Full hands out" philo so ph y.
Assists i n party set up and breakdown when requested or assigned to party.
Assis t s ot her team members as nee ded or as business d i ct ates. Busses an d reset bar & tables as needed in a very timely manner
Respons i bl e for all sales on personal POS keys an d completing station side work at the beginning and end of th ei r shi ft.
Stay up to date on all ongoing training, industry standards and best practices.
Participates i n a ll incentives and contests, driving sales and promoting the brand .
Follows port i on guidelines to ensu r e cost control, while maximizing th e guest experience.
Ensures ongo in g g u es t sa tisfacti o n by checking ba ck after deli very of food , ma in ta i n ing drink l evels, removing clutter, pre-bussing as necessary, an d res pon d i n g to the g ue sts ne e d s i n a timely manner.
Keeps stat i on clean, se ts up an d takes down station tables appropriately.
Maintains a favorable workin g r el a ti o nship with all outside vendors and Crystal Bees team members to foster an d prom o t e a cooperative, productive, effective and har moniou s working clim ate.

Work days, nights and/or weekends as required, including holidays
Work in noisy, fast paced environment with plenty of distracting conditions
Move about venue, standing / walking for 100% of shift. Repeated bending & stooping while serving guests
Listen to guests orders and needs, communicate clearly with guests verbally, non-verbally and with team members verbally or by POS
Ability to read & write English handwritten notes
Lift and carry up to 30 pounds or/over 30 with assistance.
Any reasonable requests by management team needs to be executed to individual's best ability to Crystal Bees standards.
