Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a supportive school team in the Richfield, Minnesota area for the 2026–2027 school year . This is a part-time position with a consistent daily schedule, ideal for clinicians seeking work-life balance or supplemental income .
This role is perfect for professionals interested in school-based speech therapy, pediatric communication disorders, and IEP services .
Position Details

- End Date: May 27, 2027
- Schedule: Part-time, approximately
- Hours: 9:45 AM – 12:00 PM daily
- Setting: School-based (charter school environment)
- Caseload: To be discussed during interview

Key Responsibilities
- Provide speech-language therapy services to students in a school setting
- Conduct speech and language evaluations, screenings, and assessments
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Maintain accurate progress reports, therapy documentation, and compliance records
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and student support teams
- Address communication challenges including articulation, language delays, and social communication skills
- Ensure compliance with IDEA and Minnesota special education guidelines
Qualifications
- Active Minnesota SLP license (or eligibility)
- ASHA Certification (CCC-SLP) preferred
- CFY candidates encouraged to apply
- Experience in school-based or pediatric therapy settings preferred
- Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
