Desired qualifications and experience:

• Current or eligible licensure as an SLP (CCC, CFY) or SLPA in MN
• School-based, healthcare, or pediatric SLP/SLPA experience preferred
• Proficiency in teletherapy platforms a plus
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to adapt to diverse student needs and work within multidisciplinary teams

Key responsibilities:

• Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans for K-12 students
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and other professionals to optimize student outcomes
• Provide both in-person and/or teletherapy services as needed
• Maintain accurate documentation and contribute to IEP meetings
• Support student progress and advocate for their needs in the educational setting
