Randstad is currently seeking a polished, professional, and reliable Receptionist for a temp-to-hire opportunity with an industry-leading, highly reputable company in the Palm Beach area.

Job Type: Temp-to-Hire Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM Pay Rate: $18.00 – $20.00 / hour (Commensurate with Experience) Start Date: Immediate (Contingent on Drug Screen & Background Check) Key Qualifications & Requirements

• Professional Presentation: Polished, articulate, and presentable with communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience: Prior experience as a Receptionist, Front Desk Coordinator, or in a high-touch Customer Service environment.
• Mindset: Dependable, punctual, and seeking a long-term, stable home with a reputable employer.
• Pre-Employment Screening: Candidate must pass a background check and drug screen prior to starting.

Qualifications That Are a Plus (Not Required, but Preferred):

• Accounts Payable (A/P) Support: Exposure to basic bookkeeping, invoice processing, or accounts payable workflows.
• Marketing & Creative Tools: Experience with marketing initiatives, maintaining company social media channels, or design tools such as Canva.

Responsibilities

• Front Desk Operations: Warmly welcome visitors, clients, and vendors; manage incoming phone calls with professionalism and direct inquiries to the appropriate department.
• Administrative Support: Handle incoming and outgoing mail/packages, assist with general office correspondence, file organization, and supply management.
• Operational Collaboration: Assist secondary departments with ad-hoc administrative tasks as needed to keep daily workflows seamless.
