House of Hearts ABA is looking for a BCBA Clinical Director who is ready to plant a flag in Omaha and lead an entire region. This is not a role where you clock in, manage a caseload, and clock out. The Opportunity

As BCBA Clinical Director, you will be at the center of everything happening in this region, both clinically and operationally. You will oversee treatment quality, help build the team, and expand access to ABA services for the families who need it most across Omaha and the surrounding areas.

What You'll Be Doing

• Lead Regional Growth: Take ownership of expanding House of Hearts ABA's presence across Omaha and the broader Nebraska market.

• Clinical Oversight: Ensure every client receives individualized, ethical, high-quality ABA services, and that our clinical team is supported and held to the highest standard.

• Operational Leadership: Own the admin side of running the region, from staffing and scheduling to relationships with schools and referral sources.

• Build the Team: Recruit, mentor, and develop BCBAs and RBTs who share our mission and standard of care.

• Expand Access to Care: Bring ABA services to more families who need them, treating growth as a mission, not just a metric.

• Stay Compliant & Ethical: Ensure services and operations align with BACB ethics, state regulations, and payer requirements.

What We're Looking For

We want a Board Certified Behavior Analyst with real experience, someone who has already shown they can lead clinically and think operationally. You should be comfortable wearing both hats: the clinician who ensures excellent care, and the leader who knows what it takes to build a region from the ground up. You should see a market that needs more access to care and feel compelled to go build it, rather than waiting for someone else to.
