Omaha, Nebraska (and surrounding areas across Nebraska) Part-Time or Full-Time | HybridCompensation:
Part-Time (Hourly): $60–$80/hour
Full-Time (Salary): $80,000–$90,000/year

What You'll Be DoingCaseload Management: Lead your own exclusive group of amazing kiddos (7–10 clients) and ensure top-notch ABA therapy services are being delivered.
School-Based Supervision (In Person): Be hands-on, in the field, supporting RBTs and collaborating with educators.
In-Home Supervision (Telehealth): Use the power of tech to supervise cases and guide families from the comfort of your laptop.
Assessments & Treatment Planning: Design individualized, thoughtful treatment plans based on real needs, not checklists.
Grow With Us: Help build relationships with schools and communities while shaping the future of our presence in the state.
Stay Compliant & Ethical: We keep it tight, aligned with BACB ethics, state laws, and insurance policies.
✅ Are a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
✅ Have 1+ years of ABA experience (bonus points for school or home-based work!)
✅ Love collaborating and being part of a purpose-driven team
