CDR ProSource is seeking a reliable and experienced Brake Press Operator to join a well-established metal fabrication company in Three Rivers, MI . This is a full-time, opportunity offering steady hours, a four-day work week, and opportunities for long-term growth.

- Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and set up brake press machinery to bend and form metal components.
- Read and interpret blueprints, production drawings, and work orders.
- Measure and inspect finished products for accuracy and quality.
- Perform basic machine maintenance and keep the work area clean and organized.
- Safely lift, push, and pull materials up to 50 lbs.
- Follow all safety and quality procedures.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of brake press or metal fabrication experience required.
- Must have hands-on experience bending and forming metal.
- Brake press experience outside of the RV industry is required.
- Ability to read blueprints, drawings, and work orders.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs.
- Reliable, dependable, and team-oriented.
