What You’ll Do Lead day-to-day billing operations for our plastic surgery client accounts Manage A/R follow-up and oversee accurate, timely charge posting Be the go-to person for clients — answering questions, solving problems, and building strong, lasting relationships Apply your knowledge of ICD-10 coding and Medicare/Medicaid guidelines to ensure clean claims and clear documentation Mentor and support team members, identify workflow improvements, and help shape best practices as we grow What You Bring Minimum 2+ year of medical billing experience in plastic surgery (required) Solid working knowledge of common plastic surgery procedures and the nuances of cosmetic vs. reconstructive billing Strong command of A/R management, charge posting, and denial follow-up Working knowledge of ICD-10 coding and Medicare/Medicaid guidelines Experience with ModMed (EMA) is a strong plus Confident, warm communicator who’s comfortable being the face of the account to clients Self-starter with a positive attitude, sharp attention to detail, and the drive to grow into bigger responsibilities Why You’ll Love Working Here Hybrid flexibility — 2 days remote per week after your first 90 days Beautiful Melville, NY office with an on-site gym and café to keep you energized A clear, real path for career growth as our company expands Supportive, team-first culture where your ideas are heard and your work is recognized The stability of an established company with the energy and opportunity of a growing one Let’s Talk If this sounds like the opportunity you’ve been waiting for, we’d love to hear from you.
