Salary: $125,000 - $200,000 per year A bit about us: We are seeking a self-motivated, detail-oriented, and experienced Litigation Attorney to join our dynamic legal team. The successful candidate will be able to handle a file and have a strong background in managing all phases of litigation from inception to resolution, including complex contract disputes, business dissolutions, and business litigation. Represent clients in all phases of litigation, including court hearings, depositions, and trials. Handle a wide range of complex commercial litigation matters including contract disputes, business dissolutions, and various other business litigation matters. Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents in a clear and effective manner. Provide sound legal advice to clients, explaining complex legal concepts and strategies in an understandable way. Collaborate effectively with a team of attorneys, paralegals, and other legal professionals to achieve the best possible outcomes for our clients. Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. A minimum of 5 years of experience as a litigation attorney, with a focus on contract disputes, business dissolutions, and business litigation.
