Progressive is seeking an insurance defense attorney to join our Bodily Injury unit in a primarily remote role, with residency in Texas. You will represent Progressive insureds and the company in courts and arbitration, prepare pleadings, motions, trial briefs and settlements, and collaborate with claims partners to assess risk and report litigation status. Minimum qualifications include a JD or LLM and Texas bar admission, with at least two years of general or auto litigation experience. #J-18808-Ljbffr Progressive
