- Emphasis on customer service, accuracy, and relationship building
- Offers stable hours with rotating Saturday schedule after training for the Member Services Representative
- Great opportunity to gain financial services experience and build long-term skills
RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE MEMBER SERVICES REPRESENTATIVE:
- The Member Services Representative will process deposits, withdrawals, and member transactions with accuracy
- The Member Services Representative will balance cash drawer daily and maintain proper cash handling procedures
- Answer member questions regarding accounts, transactions, and services
- Support account maintenance and system updates as needed
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE MEMBER SERVICES REPRESENTATIVE
- Prior cash handling experience strongly preferred (retail, banking, restaurant closeout, ect.)
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills required
- Comfortable navigating computer systems and learning new tools
- Must be able to work half day on Saturday, rotating
Salary is $30-$32k, DOE
