We’re Hiring: Data Engineer / Technical Lead – Snowflake & dbt Work Authorization: TN Visa, U.S. Citizens (USC), and Green Card (GC) holders We are looking for an experienced Data Engineer / Technical Lead with strong hands‑on expertise in Snowflake and dbt (Core or Cloud) . The ideal candidate will have experience designing scalable, production‑grade ELT solutions and leading data engineering teams in an onsite‑offshore delivery model. Key Responsibilities: Design and develop scalable, production‑grade ELT pipelines using Snowflake and dbt . Develop and optimize complex SQL transformations and data models. Implement dbt incremental models, snapshots, testing, and reusable modeling patterns . Perform Snowflake performance tuning and cost optimization . Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for dbt and data engineering deployments. Integrate dbt/Snowflake pipelines with enterprise orchestration tools. Implement automated data quality, testing, monitoring, and observability frameworks. Apply Snowflake security, access control, and cloud data engineering best practices. Use Git and DevOps practices for version control and controlled deployments. Lead technical design and code reviews and provide architectural guidance. Mentor data engineers and collaborate with offshore team members to drive successful delivery. Work closely with business, architecture, and engineering stakeholders. Required Skills: Strong hands‑on experience with Snowflake – MUST HAVE Strong hands‑on experience with dbt Core or dbt Cloud – MUST HAVE Advanced SQL development and optimization Strong understanding of ELT and data warehousing concepts Experience with incremental loading and snapshot strategies Snowflake performance tuning and cost optimization CI/CD and DevOps experience Git/version control Data quality and automated testing Experience with orchestration tools Cloud platform and Snowflake security knowledge Technical leadership and design review experience Experience mentoring teams in an onsite‑offshore delivery model Work Authorization: We are currently considering candidates on TN Visa, U.S. Citizens (USC), and Green Card (GC) . #J-18808-Ljbffr Simarn Solutions
