Hybrid - Experienced Civil Litigation Associate Attorney Salary: $100,000 - $200,000 per year Why join us? Competitive Compensation: $100,000 to $200,000 base salary, DOE Comprehensive Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance Collaborative Work Environment: Join a well-established firm with deep ties to the Snohomish County community and a reputation for supporting its attorneys Community Involvement: We are active participants in the local legal and civic community Stability and Reputation: Over 50 years of serving clients across the region Job Details Handle a general civil litigation caseload from intake through resolution, including pre-litigation, pleadings, discovery, motions, and trial Represent individuals, families, businesses, and municipal clients across a range of civil matters Draft and argue motions, briefs, and other court filings Conduct depositions, written discovery, and case investigationManage client relationships and provide strategic legal counsel throughout the lifecycle of a case Collaborate with senior attorneys and firm leadership on case strategy and development Appear in state court proceedings as needed Qualifications Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school Active Washington State Bar license in good standing 2+ years experience in civil litigation Experience or strong background in general civil litigation, including drafting pleadings, managing discovery, and appearing in court Proven ability to manage a caseload independently while working collaboratively within a team environment Strong legal research and writing skills Ability to build and maintain client relationships with professionalism and care Jobot is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
