Key Responsibilities

• Organize and schedule interviews across various time zones and levels ensuring a smooth experience for candidates and managers.
• Act as the main administrator and expert for the interview scheduling platform leading continuous improvements.
• Support recruitment operations within Workday and other technologies.
• Manage recruiting vendor invoices and assist with vendor-related activities.
• Create and maintain documentation guides and best practices for recruitment processes.
• Identify and implement workflow improvements and automation opportunities.
• Utilize AI tools and emerging technologies to enhance productivity and the recruitment experience.
• Take on additional responsibilities based on capability and business needs.

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in recruitment coordination or related fields.
• Experience with Workday or similar Applicant Tracking Systems is preferred.
• Strong skills in interview scheduling and recruitment technologies.
• Experience in managing invoices and vendor relationships.
• Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
• Proficiency in workflow automation and recruiting technology stacks is preferred.
• Attention to detail and commitment to a high-quality customer experience.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Outlook Teams Excel and other productivity tools.
• Technical aptitude and willingness to learn new technologies.
• Knowledge of AI-powered workplace tools and automation platforms is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and proactively improve outcomes.

Preferred Experience

• Supporting talent acquisition in high-volume or complex environments.
• Implementing or optimizing recruitment technologies and workflows.
• Knowledge of automation data analysis and AI productivity tools.
• Experience with building automated workflows and translating data into insights.
• Interest in expanding into broader Talent Acquisition Operations or Process Excellence roles.
