Performance Fab is looking for a Welder/Fabricator to join our growing team. Whether you're an experienced welder or looking to take your fabrication skills to the next level, you'll work on exciting projects, learn from skilled teammates, and build a career with a company that invests in its people.

What You'll Do

• Perform MIG, TIG, and Flux Core welding
• Read blueprints and fabrication drawings
• Cut, fit, and fabricate metal components
• Inspect your work to ensure quality and precision
• Assist with custom fabrication projects and structural steel solutions
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area
• Travel to jobsites when needed for on-site fabrication and repairs

What We're Looking For

• Welding and fabrication experience preferred
• Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools
• Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
• Positive attitude and team-first mindset
• Commitment to safety and quality
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in a fast-paced environment
