About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President of Business Operations and Enterprise Transformation to play a pivotal role in redefining and scaling its internal operating model. The successful candidate will be a key partner to the COO, responsible for leading the enterprise-wide transformation strategy and ensuring the alignment of business unit leadership with long-term goals. This is a hands-on, strategic role that goes beyond traditional governance, requiring the VP to be an active architect and quarterback in the implementation of modern technologies, including AI and process automation, to enhance operational efficiency and cohesion. Core responsibilities for the VP include defining and scaling the next-generation operating model, consolidating and accelerating the portfolio of transformation initiatives, and integrating capabilities across the organization. The role also involves process re-engineering, serving as a cross-functional friction neutralizer, and supporting the modernization of business systems. The ideal candidate will have a builder mindset, executive presence, and a track record of execution in leading complex, cross-functional initiatives. A background in strategy, business operations, or management consulting, with a focus on transformation leadership and modern process redesign, is essential. The role requires a candidate with significant experience, preferably 12+ years, and an advanced degree such as an MBA.
