Executive Sous Chef — Luxury Hotel Culinary Leader

Sonesta International Hotels Corporation

Sonesta Redondo Beach & Marina is seeking an Executive Sous Chef to supervise the culinary team, train staff, and ensure compliance with health and safety standards. You will assist the Executive Chef, develop new menus, and manage inventory and costs in a luxury hotel setting. The role requires strong leadership, 3+ years as a chef, and culinary arts credentials.
