Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated General Production Worker who is flexible to work all shifts: 7-3, 3-11, and 11-7, with the willingness to rotate shifts. The role involves repetitive tasks and requires operating and monitoring processing and packaging equipment to meet production targets while maintaining quality standards.
Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor processing and/or packaging equipment to meet production targets.
• Perform work across multiple production roles including line operation, material handling, packaging, and inspection.
• Maintain quality standards through inspection and adherence to specifications.
• Follow food safety (GMP) and sanitation procedures at all times.
• Complete routine cleaning and sanitation tasks for equipment and work areas.
• Conduct basic troubleshooting and escalate mechanical or process issues as needed.
• Accurately document production data and performance metrics.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and process efficiencies.
• Work collaboratively with team members to maintain a safe and productive environment.

Essential Skills

• Experience in production, general labor, and machine operating.
• Ability to work in high-speed, complex manufacturing facilities.
• Capability to handle repetitive tasks and operate various production equipment.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in a union facility with structured roles and bidding opportunities.
• Ability to work in areas with heat, noise, and moving machinery.
• Understanding of food safety (GMP) and sanitation procedures.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
