Position Overview-

The General Manager will oversee all day-to-day operations of the car wash facility, including employee management, customer satisfaction, equipment oversight, sales performance, and site cleanliness. This role is ideal for someone who is hands-on, organized, dependable, and comfortable leading a fast-paced operation.

Responsibilities-

• Manage daily car wash operations and ensure smooth workflow
• Hire, train, schedule, and supervise employees
• Deliver excellent customer service and resolve customer concerns professionally
• Monitor wash quality, site cleanliness, and safety standards
• Track sales, labor, and operational performance
• Ensure all equipment and systems are functioning properly
• Coordinate maintenance and communicate with service vendors when needed
• Help drive membership sales and customer retention
• Maintain inventory levels for chemicals, supplies, and equipment
• Enforce company policies and maintain a positive team culture
• Open and close the facility as needed

Qualifications-

• Previous management or leadership experience required
• Experience in the car wash, automotive, retail, or service industry preferred
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Ability to multitask and solve problems in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented
• Comfortable working both indoors and outdoors
• Basic computer and reporting skills
• Valid driver’s license preferred
