Key Qualifications:

• Valid state Speech-Language Pathologist license
• Teaching certification required
• Experience in a school setting strongly preferred
• Ability to assess, diagnose, and treat a variety of speech and language disorders
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Strong organizational and documentation abilities
• Flexibility for travel as well as in-person services

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments for students
• Develop individualized intervention plans and appropriate therapy goals
• Deliver direct therapeutic services both individually and in groups
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support students’ educational progress
• Maintain accurate records in compliance with state and district guidelines
• Participate in IEP and multidisciplinary meetings as needed
• Advocate for students’ communication needs within the school environment
