About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President of Applications, Data & AI to serve as a senior technology leader with a focus on driving the design, development, and enhancement of the application portfolio, data infrastructure, and AI capabilities. The successful candidate will be the organizational authority on a range of technologies, including Microsoft Fabric, AI agents, and the full analytics and reporting ecosystem. This role is pivotal in enabling the company's leadership and program staff to make data-informed decisions at scale. The VP will lead a team of engineers, data professionals, and automation specialists, and will be responsible for strategic and technical leadership in enterprise applications, data platforms, business intelligence, automation, and AI initiatives. Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with a preference for a Master's degree, and at least 8 years of progressive technology experience, including 3 years in a senior leadership role. Deep, hands-on expertise in architecting and delivering Microsoft Fabric solutions, proficiency in API development, and advanced SQL Server skills are essential. The role also requires a proven track record in leading RPA programs and experience in AI and intelligent automation. The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of data governance principles, experience in regulated environments like HIPAA, and a successful history of leading Agile teams. Preferred qualifications include Microsoft certifications and experience with EHR systems and government data systems. The VP will be expected to foster a collaborative, innovative, and mission-driven technology culture, and to ensure that all technology solutions comply with regulatory, privacy, and security requirements.
