You will translate recruiting questions into analyses, build and maintain dashboards, and partner with Talent Operations and Data Engineering to ensure accurate, well-modeled data that informs hiring strategy and planning. You will work with the team to align metrics, improve reporting consistency, and support workforce modeling in a fast-growing, mission-driven company focused on sustainable, fair compensation and #J-18808-Ljbffr Quince
