Senior People Analytics & Insights Lead

As a Senior People Analyst, you will build and maintain dashboards, respond to data requests, and ensure stakeholders have clear insights to inform talent decisions. You'll work with Crunchr and Workday, applying a consistent metrics glossary, supporting executive deliverables, and exploring AI-powered analytics to speed up analysis.
