To meet these demands, our team is composed of multi-disciplinary individuals that possess the abilities to design, install, maintain and troubleshoot anything from pneumatic systems to electrical and computer control systems.Rotating Shift Structure:4-on/4-off rotation equates to 6-months off every year!Rotating day/night shift 1-2 times per year for 6 weeks12-hour shifts: 7:00AM - 7:00PM / 7:00PM – 7:00AMCompensationBuilt-in, guaranteed overtime"Free" hours on non-overtime weeksTotal annual compensation starting at $64,000/yrHourly Rate: $23.75Shift differential of +2.75/hrClearly defined, skill-based tiered advancement opportunities availableAdditional Perks:Starting at 3-weeks of paid vacation, with an option to purchase moreDay-1 access to Employee Scholar Program401 (k) match programOn-site fitness equipmentAccess to company-sponsored Commute Smart ride share programAuto-eligibility for Spokane County Commute Smart program incentivesWhat You Will DoThe Maintenance Mechanic I role is a facility and industrial maintenance position whose core job duties will include:Perform preventative/corrective maintenance on all facility and process related equipment to include make-up air units (MAU), natural gas fired generators, oil/water separators, cooling water towers, vacuum pumps, air compressors, variable frequency drives, boilers, steam systems, and associated equipmentAnalyze and repair all malfunctioning equipment or systems i.e., Mechanical, Pneumatic and Electro-mechanicalAdhere to all engineering instruction, standard operation procedures, and all departmental proceduresObserve and follow environmental, health and safety procedures.Positively represent Collins Aerospace's company vision and support the management teamKnow, understand and ensure that company policies and procedures are followed and consistently implementedBasic electrical troubleshooting skillsFamiliarity with Distributive Control SystemsMaintain accurate maintenance records utilizing a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS)Follow written and verbal instructionsPerform water treatment analysis and take corrective actionEnsure a clean and organized work area is maintainedOperate the following equipment and tools:Forklift3-ton and 5-ton CranesHand toolsPower toolsDigital MultimeterPrecision alignment toolsQualifications You Must HaveHS Diploma.
