A growing manufacturing company is seeking a strong and experienced Director of Operations to oversee day-to-day operations across the organization. This individual will function in a COO-type capacity, ensuring all departments run efficiently and managers are aligned with company goals. The ideal candidate is a hands-on operations leader with deep experience in manufacturing and warehouse/logistics environments, capable of managing teams, improving processes, and driving operational excellence.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations across manufacturing, warehouse, and logistics functions.
• Manage and supervise department managers and directors to ensure alignment and efficiency.
• Develop and implement operational strategies to improve productivity, workflow, and overall performance.
• Monitor processes, identify areas for improvement, and implement systems to streamline operations.

Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience in manufacturing, logistics, or warehouse operations.
• Proven experience in a senior operations leadership role (Director of Operations, Operations Manager, or similar).
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and supply chain operations.
• Hands-on, proactive leader who can oversee multiple teams and departments.

Location: Newark, NJ | Hours: Full-time. | Salary: $250-300k.
