Bilingual Data Entry / Logistics CoordinatorMonroe, NJ$22.00 per hourMonday-Friday | 9:00 AM - 6:00 PMWe are seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry / Logistics Coordinator to support import, export, order processing, and customer service operations.ResponsibilitiesEnter and process orders accurately from emails and customer requests.Review import documents, customs releases, and shipment paperwork.Coordinate with brokers, forwarders, warehouses, and internal teams.Track inbound shipments and resolve shipment-related issues.Handle customer claims, returns, shortages, and warranty requests.Assist with export documentation and invoice processing.Research and resolve order discrepancies while maintaining excellent customer service.Qualifications2+ years of logistics, freight, or data entry experience.Experience with import documentation and HTS classifications preferred.Bilingual English/Spanish required.Strong Microsoft Office, communication, and organizational skills.Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.Associate degree preferred.Apply today to join a growing team where accuracy, customer service, and problem-solving make a difference!We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity in our team.
