The Restaurant General Manager - HIGH PROFILE leads a large team in a dynamic dining environment, ensuring exceptional service and operational excellence. This role focuses on managing staff, overseeing financial and inventory controls, and fostering strong vendor relationships. The General Manager reports directly to the Regional Manager and plays a key role in operational planning and budget management to maintain high standards and profitability.

Responsibilities

• Manage and lead a large team of 50+ staff members
• Ensure outstanding customer service and guest satisfaction
• Oversee inventory control and stock management
• Provide financial oversight, including budgeting and expense management
• Develop and maintain strong vendor relationships
• Conduct staff training and development programs
• Plan and execute operational strategies to meet business goals

Preferred Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in restaurant General management
