Securitization and Structured Finance Associate / Senior Associate

Job Overview A law firm seeks a securitization and structured finance associate or senior associate for its practice in New York. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in transactional work related to asset-backed securities and structured credit transactions. Duties Structure, draft, and negotiate transaction documents for ABS offerings. Engage in complex structured credit transactions. Collaborate with team members on Oil & Gas ABS finance matters. Requirements 3+ years of experience in securitization and structured finance. Experience with Oil & Gas or esoteric ABS asset classes preferred. Education Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree. Certifications Admitted to practice law in NewYork. Skills Strong transactional and negotiation skills. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
