Senior Structured Capital / Fund Finance Associate or Counsel

Overview The team represents sponsors, issuers, investors, and other market participants in a broad range of transactions. Work includes rated note feeders (RNFs), collateralized fund obligations (CFOs), liquidity solutions or net-asset-value (NAV) transactions, private ABS geared to insurance solutions, capital call financings, and management company/GP financings. The role is cross-disciplinary, involving collaboration with structured finance, asset management, and insurance solutions colleagues. Posting details Willkie is seeking a senior associate (counsel will also be considered) to join its structured capital and fund finance practice. The candidate should have 4+ years of fund finance, structured capital, or esoteric ABS experience.
