We are dedicated to providing compassionate and accessible care within our community and adjoining areas.We are seeking a full-time licensed clinical counselor to join our clinical team who is motivated by a passion to help individuals and families struggling with addiction and co-occurring disorders. Applicant must be willing and available to work five days a week (M-F) to include some evening hours, as needed. This position is housed within our outpatient clinic in Conway, SC.Specific Responsibilities:Provides individual and group counselingCompletes biopsychosocial assessments during open access, as neededProvides crisis intervention services to call-in and walk-in clients, as neededAssists other clinical staff with staffing cases, placement decisions, and treatment methods/materialsAble to learn and implement evidence-based treatment modalitiesContributes effectively as a team member, participating in weekly team meetings, sharing ideas, and communicating with supervisors and other team membersMaintains accurate records as required by OSUS, Medicaid and agency policy/procedures, as assignedMaintains current licensures and/or certification necessary for the positionMaintains client charts according to quality standards regarding clinical content and timely entry as established by OSUS, Medicaid and agency policy/proceduresProvides the required amount of direct service time each weekPerforms other duties as assigned by supervisorPosition Benefits:Comprehensive benefits package including participation in PEBA insurance, the SC Retirement System, Deferred Compensation, and paid time off for holidays & personal/sick leaveCredentialing assistanceOpportunities for continuing education credits (CEUs)Monday - Friday schedule with no on-call hoursQualifications:LPC, LISW-CP, LMFT, or LMSW license and master's degree in human service-related field required.
