Senior Tax Analyst

Overview Banyan Search is partnering with a wonderful organization in their search for a Senior Tax Analyst. This position will be an integral part of the tax team and will provide focus on tax exempt filings. This role offers remote work within North Carolina and the opportunity to collaborate across teams in a mission-focused environment. Base pay range $85,000.00/yr - $95,000.00/yr What You’ll Do Prepare filings & documentation (Form 990 / 990-T) Complete supporting tax compliance filings Support tax provisions for exempt entities Manage extensions & estimated tax payments Work with teams to ensure timely, accurate reporting What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s in Accounting/Finance (Master’s a plus) 3+ years corporate or public accounting experience within tax, with experience in non-profit / tax exempt organization compliance CPA or CPA-eligible preferred Detail-oriented, organized, and deadline-driven Comfortable with peak-season hours Bonus: ERP experience (Oracle, Workday, Infor) This is an excellent opportunity to join a respected organization with strong benefits, a supportive team, and room to grow your career.
