Maximo Functional AnalystLocation: Madison, WI/ RemoteDuration: Full-timeJob Description:Must Have Technical/Functional Skills• Minimum 10+ years of overall experience in Maximo Functional roles• Proven experience in implementing and supporting Maximo solutions within:• Power distribution utilities• Gas distribution utilities• Experience must include requirement gathering, analysis, functional design-drafting FDD, creating test cases, executing test cases, liaising with business and other stakeholders.Domain Knowledge• Strong understanding of:• Gas distribution business processes• Electricity distribution operations• Good knowledge of:• Utility construction practices• Leak management processes• Preventive maintenance processTechnical & Application Expertise• Strong hands-on experience in:• Maximo Escalations• Cron Tasks• Object Structures• Actions• Integrations• Ability to configure and support Maximo modules in alignment with business needsIntegrated Systems Experience• Experience working with other enterprise systems such as:• CC&B (Customer Care & Billing)• MWM (Mobile/Work Management)• Powerplant systems• PeopleSoft, etc.Roles & ResponsibilitiesBusiness Analysis & Functional Responsibilities• Conducting requirements gathering workshops with business stakeholders• Translating business needs into functional requirements• Supporting solution design discussions• Ability to demonstrate code fixes and functional changes to business usersTesting & QA Responsibilities• Creating test cases in Jira/Xray• Executing and validating test scenarios• Functional testing processes• Defect tracking and resolution• Collaborate effectively with development, testing and other teamsAgile & Tooling Requirement• Working with Jira boards• Managing and refining user stories• Participating in Agile ceremonies (refinement, sprint reviews, etc.)• Xray Test Management toolIf you are interested, please send me your updated resume ASAP with below details:Full Name:Current Location/Zip:Expected rate:Willingness to travel/relocate to job location:Visa/Work Permit Status:Notice Period/Availability to Start:Preferred Interview timings (Specify Time zone):Education Details (Bachelor’s degree/ Year of Passing/ University):3-4 lines Experience Summary according to the job description:LinkedIn URL: JConnect Infotech
