Deliver personalized speech therapy services focusing on enhancing communication, language, fluency, voice, and swallowing abilities.

Engage with fellow therapists, nurses, physicians, families, and caregivers to construct cohesive and effective care plans.

Provide educational guidance to patients and families, empowering them to support progress outside therapy sessions.

Participate in occasional evaluations and interventions in inpatient settings, ensuring seamless care throughout the treatment process.

Maintain meticulous documentation in accordance with state and organizational regulations.

Engage in continuing education and collaborative opportunities to stay abreast of industry advancements.

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.

Completion of a Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) if ASHA certification is forthcoming.

State licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist.

Preferred: Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA.

Basic Life Support (BLS) certification to be obtained within the first 30 days of employment.

Expertise in evidence-based treatment modalities for diverse age groups, complemented by a thorough understanding of speech, language, and swallowing disorders.
