This role is a senior client-facing consulting position focused on delivering high-impact Workday solutions across Hcm and Security domains. You will act as a trusted advisor to multiple clients, guiding them through complex configurations, optimizations, and post-go-live support. The position combines deep technical expertise with strategic problem-solving, particularly around security architecture, reporting, and Hcm module optimization. You will play a key role in ensuring clients maximize the value of their Workday investment while improving system performance and user experience. Operating in a collaborative consulting environment, you will partner with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to deliver scalable, best-practice solutions. This role is ideal for a hands-on expert who thrives in dynamic environments and enjoys mentoring others while driving measurable client success.

Accountabilities:

• Lead end-to-end Workday Hcm and Security consulting engagements, acting as a subject matter expert across multiple client environments and guiding solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment support.
• Troubleshoot and optimize Workday Security frameworks while ensuring robust access controls, compliance, and system integrity across Hcm and related modules.
• Design and build advanced Workday reports and support clients in leveraging data for operational and strategic decision-making.
• Partner with engagement managers, sales teams, and technical stakeholders to align delivery, support solutioning, and contribute to pre-sales activities such as demos and proposals.
• Support clients through critical business cycles such as annual compensation, benefits, performance, and recruiting events.
• Stay current on Workday releases, industry trends, and best practices to continuously improve delivery quality and advisory impact.
• Foster strong client relationships through consistent communication, proactive support, and high-quality service delivery.

Requirements

• 2+ years of hands-on experience as a lead Workday consultant focused on Hcm and Security within a partner or implementation environment.
• Active Workday partner certifications in Hcm Core and at least one additional module (Compensation, Advanced Compensation, Benefits, Recruiting, Talent, Learning, Reporting, or Data Conversion).
• Proven experience configuring and troubleshooting Workday Security and building complex custom reports.
• Strong understanding of Hcm processes, enterprise system architecture, and Workday best practices.
• Ability to manage multiple client engagements, priorities, and deadlines in fast-paced consulting environments.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into clear business recommendations.
• Strong problem-solving mindset, analytical thinking, and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively in cross-functional and client-facing teams.
