The Sales Specialist is responsible for developing and executing successful sales strategies for rapid revenue growth and market share expansion in territory. This position reports to the Regional Sales Manager and is part of the Digital Pathology team located in the U.S. and will beworking remotely to cover North Carolina, Tennessee, and Kentucky. Achieve annual product sales goals set for the territory while working in coordination with the local assigned team within their territory. Maintain accurate and timely opportunity funnel and customer data in SFDC with coaching as needed. Achieve high levels of customer satisfaction through delivery of sales and support assistance and coordinate product demo, installs, and customer training with support from manager and/or mentor. Develop on products, DBS, LBS Tools (such as Power BI, Showpad, Territory Business Reviews). Minimum 3+ years relevant sales (or equivalent experience) Proven contract negotiation and high-level selling experience, or selling in a matrixed environment Experience with Salesforce.com or other CRM software Experience with Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements: Ability to travel – 50-75%, mostly in territory Ability to lift, move or carry equipment up to 15 lbs. This position will require travel by car and flying in and out of airports with possible long wait times.
