Warehouse Supervisor

Overview Job Title: Shipping Supervisor Location: Beaumont, Texas Pay Range: 90,000 – 100,000 USD Responsibilities Coordinate rail, truck, and barge shipments to ensure timely delivery of products in compliance with ICC regulations. Oversee warehouse inventory control, including cycle counts and documentation accuracy. Supervise and train a team of 21 hourly union employees, fostering a positive and productive work environment. Maintain accurate shipping records and develop effective communication channels with sales, customers, and internal departments. Ensure safety, housekeeping, and operational efficiency within the shipping department. Qualifications Two to three years of experience in shipping, delivery, and inventory management. Proficiency with computer systems, record-keeping, and inventory control processes. Knowledge of ICC regulations and shipment requirements. Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to coordinate multiple logistics activities and manage team performance.
