Due to growth and promotions, we are currently seeking a Service Department Support Specialist to help with the day-to-day operations of our Service Department. This is a true entry-level position to work toward a SIX FIGURE career in the automotive industry

Responsibilities
- Ensure customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service
- Serve as a liaison between technicians and customers
- Move customer vehicles to ensure smooth and efficient traffic flow through the facility
- Maintain an orderly service parking area, lot and vehicle display, car preparation, shop, and showroom appearance
- Handle inbound and outbound service calls and schedule service appointments
- Work in conjunction with the BDC, Service and Parts Managers, and Service Advisors to create and maintain excellent relationships with our customers
- Other duties may be assigned.
Requirements
- NO AUTOMOTIVE EXPERIENCE IS NECESSARY
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Organized and friendly personality
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Willingness to be exposed to the elements
