Pay & Schedule 1st Shift Hours: 3:00 AM - 1:30 PM Pay: $20.00/hour 2nd Shift Hours: 3:00 PM - 10:30 PM Pay: $21.00/hour ? Monday - Friday Position Overview As a Medical Device Production Assembler, you will work in a clean room environment assembling, inspecting, and packaging medical device components. This role requires attention to detail, adherence to quality standards, and compliance with established safety and manufacturing procedures to ensure the production of high-quality medical devices. Key Responsibilities Assemble medical device components according to work instructions and specifications Perform visual inspections and quality checks on finished products Work in a clean room environment while following GMP and safety guidelines Accurately document production activities and maintain records as required Meet daily production goals while maintaining quality standards Follow company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements Maintain a clean and organized work area Qualifications Previous experience in manufacturing, assembly, clean room, or medical device production preferred Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity Ability to follow written instructions and standard operating procedures Reliable attendance and punctuality Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment High school diploma or equivalent preferred As part of our promise to talent, Kelly supports those who work with us through a variety of benefits, perks, and work-related resources.
