Function in the Job: Sedentary Work- Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally, and/or a negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects, including the human body. Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time. Jobs are sedentary if walking and standing are required only occasionally, and all other sedentary criteria are met.

Job Function: Provide administrative support to the Production Staff

• Statusing Orders within computer system and delivering Orders to Production Work Cells or designated Area
• Liaison between Production and Sales on communicating order status and Production Commitments
• Administration/Managing of the Production Calendar/Schedules and coordinating with Production Management/Supervisors to meet customer or order requirements
• Review and respond to daily expedite emails from sales/contracts and respond timely to their requests
• Participates in Safety, Quality, CCIP and other employee related meetings.
• Back Up support for Shipping-IP'S Work in other areas as need to support Production Activates

Required Skills: Education and/or Experience

• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)
• High School Diploma, General Education Degree (GED)
• One (1) to three (3) months related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Language Skills: Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.

Mathematical Skills: Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide, in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, percent, and to draw and interpret graphs.

Compensation Range: The anticipated compensation for this position is USD $21.00/Hr. - USD $25.00/Hr. depending on experience, qualifications, and location.
