Logistics AssistantWe are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Logistics Assistant to join our dynamic team. As a Logistics Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the logistics and supply chain operations of our organization. You will assist in coordinating the transportation and distribution of goods, ensuring timely delivery while maintaining accurate records and documentation.ResponsibilitiesAssist with coordinating and tracking shipments to ensure timely delivery of goods.Maintain accurate inventory records and update databases regularly.Communicate with suppliers and carriers to resolve issues related to orders and shipments.Prepare and process shipping documentation, including bills of lading and customs forms.Monitor inventory levels and assist in reordering supplies as necessary.QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field is preferred.Proven experience in a logistics, supply chain, or administrative role is preferred.Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, and familiar with logistics software or ERP systems.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective collaboration with team members and external partners.Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.What We OfferFull-time, on-site position with growth potentialCompetitive pay and full benefits (medical, dental, vision, PTO)Training and development supportCollaborative team environmentOpportunity to work with an innovative, purpose-driven company
