Remote HR Manager

About the Role Our client is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Remote HR Manager to lead their human resources functions from anywhere in South Africa . This pivotal role involves developing and implementing HR strategies that align with the company's business objectives, managing all aspects of the employee lifecycle, and ensuring a compliant and engaging work environment. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute HR strategies encompassing talent acquisition, performance management, compensation, and employee engagement. Oversee and manage all employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions remotely. Implement and maintain HR policies and procedures in compliance with South African labor laws. Lead the HR team, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance management. Drive initiatives to enhance employee experience, diversity, equity, and inclusion across the organization. Manage HR budgets and ensure efficient resource allocation for HR programs and initiatives. Requirements Master's degree in Human Resources Management, Industrial Psychology, or a related field. Extensive experience (7+ years) in HR management, with a significant portion in a remote or distributed environment. Demonstrated success in developing and implementing strategic HR initiatives. Strong understanding of South African labor legislation and compliance requirements. Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
