You will manage customer relationships, guide them through their vehicle maintenance, and maximize lane efficiency. Manage Lane Flow: Oversee the daily flow of the Service Lane, ensuring every customer is greeted promptly and courteously. Own the Experience: Take complete ownership of the customer's journey, executing extra details to leave a lasting, positive impression. Provide Concierge Support: Act as the primary point of contact for all owner inquiries (via phone or in person) to ensure seamless communication. Maximize Technician Time: Actively sell and allocate the daily inventory of technician time efficiently to incoming service customers. Maintain Open Communication: Keep customers constantly updated regarding the real-time status of their vehicle repairs. Drive Operational Excellence: Strictly follow all dealership processes and consistently meet or exceed performance expectations and goals. What We Are Looking For (Qualifications) Proven Experience: Direct previous experience as an Automotive Service Advisor is required. Strong Soft Skills: An organized, friendly personality with exceptional time management abilities. Sales & Service Excellence: Proven track record in retail sales and delivering elite customer service.
