Summary The LCP Ambassador represents Parfums Christian Dior within the Christian Dior Couture boutique, driving fragrance and La Collection Privée performance through direct client engagement and partnership with boutique advisors. The role is focused on achieving sales KPIs, delivering exceptional client experiences, and supporting brand-led events, trainings, and masterclasses. The position requires luxury fragrance retail experience and strong selling skills. Responsibilities Sell and promote Fragrances and La Collection Privée within the CDC boutique to achieve individual sales goals and KPIs. Partner with client advisors to tandem-sell, present a consistent selling ceremony, and recruit internal clients. Develop and grow fragrance clients through VIP experiences, events, and personalized consultations. Collaborate with the LCP Americas team to support trainings, masterclasses, educational materials, and operational execution. Requirements Minimum 3 years luxury fragrance retail experience; 3-5 years preferred, with Dior LCP product knowledge preferred. Strong selling, conversion, and customer-service skills across in-person, phone, and electronic communication. Ability to work varied hours including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
