Shift Leader Details:
- Temporary position
- $18.00 / hour
- Full Time work available
- Various shifts available
- Lead and train a team of quality inspectors, ensuring productivity and strict adherence to inspection standards.
- Oversee shift operations, including validating inspector readiness, conducting quality checks, and ensuring compliance with procedures and PPE requirements.
- Manage administrative tasks such as accurate data entry, timekeeping, and end-of-shift reporting to customers.
- Monitor team performance by providing feedback, recognizing achievements, addressing issues, and supporting employee development.
- Maintain clear communication, promote safety and continuous improvement, and uphold high ethical and professional standards.
Shift Leader Qualifications:
- Reliable transportation and insurance
- Ability to travel throughout the region as required based on customer needs (currently the region that spans Ann Arbor to Flint, MI)
- Compliant background and drug screen
- Pre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment
