Responsibilities Support promotional campaigns and customer acquisition initiatives. Engage directly with prospective customers during promotional activities. Present products and services clearly and professionally. Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions. Assist with lead generation and customer engagement activities. Build and maintain positive customer relationships. Follow up with prospective customers to support business opportunities. Assist with promotional materials, displays, and presentations. Track customer interactions, leads, and promotional activities. Gather customer feedback and communicate relevant information to the team. Collaborate with team members to achieve marketing and sales objectives. Represent the company professionally during customer interactions and events. Participate in ongoing training and professional development. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Confident, outgoing, and customer-focused personality. Strong presentation and relationship-building abilities. Goal-oriented and motivated to achieve results. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills. Positive attitude and willingness to learn. Reliable, adaptable, and self-motivated. Previous marketing, sales, customer service, retail, hospitality, promotions, or events experience is a plus but not required.
