Volt is immediately hiring a Forklift Operator III in Twin Falls, ID 83301. As a Forklift Operator III, you will:

Safely operate sit-down forklifts and roll grab equipment while supporting warehouse and production operations.

Operate sit-down forklifts and roll grab equipment safely and efficiently.

Load, unload, move, and stage materials throughout the warehouse and production areas.

Support daily manufacturing and packaging operations.

Follow work instructions, operating procedures, and safety protocols.

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

Assist with operating manufacturing equipment as needed.

Help ensure customers receive high-quality products and responsive service.

Perform additional warehouse and production duties as assigned.

This is a full time, contract opportunity.

Schedule:

Day Shift: Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM

Swing Shift: 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM

Night Shift: 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM

Training will be conducted on the day shift for the first 2 to 3 weeks.

The ideal candidate will have:

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Availability to work all shifts to meet business needs

High school diploma or GED.

Minimum 2 years of sit-down forklift operating experience.

Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing or warehouse environment.

Experience following detailed instructions and safety procedures.

Strong commitment to workplace safety and quality standards.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications:

3-5 years of forklift, warehouse, material handling, or manufacturing experience.

Experience operating production equipment and machinery.

Pay Rate: $20.00 - $22.03 per hour.

*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
