Being the next generation Relationship Banker at East West Bank means you are part of a world-class team that focuses on delivering a high quality, high-touch, and high-tech relationship banking experience across all customer touchpoints.
As a Relationship Banker, you will play a key role in
- managing, retaining, and acquiring long-lasting win-win relationships with our customers
- identifying and understanding customers' long-term financial needs and offering tailored product and services solutions
- leveraging the bank's latest technology products to meet our customers' expanding needs
We will help you grow your career at East West Bank by providing you with ongoing training to expand your business knowledge, grow your digital acumen, and build long-lasting relationships with our customers.
Responsibilities include achieving quarterly and annual team/branch sales goals, sourcing and developing loans, maintaining knowledge of the bank's products, assisting customers with financial needs, and applying strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills to meet clients' needs.
Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, 2+ years of customer service, teller, sales experience, and MLO experience within the banking and/or financial service industry, strong working knowledge of branch operations, consultative relationship sales role in a related industry, professional and thorough with strong follow-up skills, ability to adapt to new processes and technologies quickly, and strong problem-solving, decision-making, and customer-service skills.

The base pay range for this position is USD $22.00/Hr. - USD $23.50/Hr. Exact offers will be determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and location.
